Ahmad Rahizal Dato' Ahmad Rasidi

Cheif Executive Officer

A degree holder in Business IT from Sunway College, Selangor. He lived and studied oversea for several years. Having experience as Marketing Officer in Sri Ukhwah Sdn Bhd and he was with Ukhwah Berhad for more than 11 years. Now, he was a Property Director of Koperasi Pendidikan Islam Malaysia Berhad (UKHWAH) where his duty is to manage real estate assets worth more than 500 millions of dollars.

He also appointed as Chairman and Shareholder at UQ Holidays Sdn Bhd, a travel agency's company that get achartering contract from Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) to Saudi for umrah.

Ahmad Rahizal Dato' Rasidi is also a Executive Director and holds major shareholder at Noble Signet (M) Sdn. Bhd. Noble Signet ( M) Sdn Bhd is a IT System provider for most of banks in Malaysia such as Maybank, Am Bank, Al-Rajhi, Hong Leong and others. He has a strong networking capibility especially in banking industrie that will benefits UNIQA business in this region.

Ahmad Rahizal Dato' Rasidi was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2011.

Tew Boon Teik

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Tew Boon Teik has worked for UNIQA since 2011, where he has held various exposure technical and management positions, he also has a strong assessment, analytical skills and networking capibility.

Prior to joining the company, Tew Boon Teik held leading management positions at Gleason Gear Manufacturing, Citibank, Standard Chartered and Plantation and Palm Oil Mill sector. He also appointed as Construction Management and Business Development Director at Group Link Construction.

Tew Boon Teik joined EEC Taiwan, EEC Philipines and Herald Global Co Ltd, in remittance business tie up and expansion work.

Tew Boon Teik is a graduate of the University of Technology Malaysia ( Mechanical Engineering Degree) and hold an MBA majoring in International Finance at the University of Wales .

Ameer Azlan Mohd Ayob

Chief Finance Officer

Ameer Azlan Mohd Ayob has been appointed as CFO of the UNIQA (M) Sdn Bhd, effective early July 2011. Experiences and knowledges in banking by contributing to the improvement as well as progress of the bank., will be putting his best efforts in terms of time and learning new banking techniques and methods that would be implemented at UNIQA

Prior to joining the company, Ammer Azlan Mohd Ayob held leading management positions at Scope International (M) Sdn Bhd (Standard Chartared Subsidiary) . He work closely with the branch and SME banking, utilize relationships to ensure that customer needs are met. He also assisting and dealing with branches in meeting customer demand and complaints, providing proper coaching and training tonew staff coming into the department alongside with the DOI.

Ameer Azlan Mohd Ayob graduated from University College I Charles Sturt University Australia in 2008, (Bachelor of Business:Finance). Before that, he also completed his Bachelor of Commerce, major in Finance at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia in 2006.

Ahmad Norddin

Chief Operation Officer

Ahmad Norddin joined Uniqa (M) Sdn Bhd as Chief Operation Officer on March 2017. He has over 14 years of working experience which includes 10 years of experience in remittance and currency exchange. He previously served in various positions with Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation and Hong Leong Bank Berhad. He played a key role as Business Development, Product, Marketing, Agent Management and Remittance-Forex Operation.

He holds Bachelor of Science from University Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Ahmad Royzainy Dato' Ahmad Rasidi

Head, Product Development

Ahmad Royzainy bin Dato' Ahmad Rasidi joined UNIQA (M) Sdn Bhd in early 2012. He is responsible for sales marketing and business operation. Experienced in the remittance corridors and the banking environment, helps him with the day to day changes of the business.

He advanced into roles of increasing responsibility in operations management, sales management and heading the expansion of increasing the corridors reach of Automastercop. He also has a strong human resource skills and a wide range of networking capabilities.

Ahmad Royzainy holds a bachelor's degree in International Business and Psychology from the International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2011 .

Tan Kim Low

Head, Information Technology

Tan Kim Low held various Project Management positions, Senior Managerial, Delivery Of Quality Customer Service , IT Consultant and Operation Management.

Prior to joining the company, Tan Kim Low held over 23 years of working experience in IT industry and with more than 10 years of experience in senior managerial role. Key accomlishments have been managing technical and product developments for online financial systems, guiding corporate and technical policy through successful KLSE listing, Developing new business and profit growth through new product inception and development, gained extensive IT business network, assist COMS in achieving product delivery quality, setup new businee in providing share market information services for Malaysia and oversea market such as China and India. Select and recruited master reseller, Deal with Bursa Malaysia Berhad on data feed application approval, meeting and aggrement signing, sourced and finalized world class data center hosting facility and developed reseller network within Malaysia.

Tan Kim Low graduated from University Malaya, Malaysia in 1985, where he majored in Statistic (Bachelor's Degree of Economics).

Mohd Nazlee Jamaluddin

Head, Marketing & Business Development

Mohd Nazlee Jamaluddin joined UNIQA (M) Sdn Bhd in early 2011. He held various experience in Quality Customer Service and Compliance Management.

Prior to joining the company, Mohd Nazlee Jamaluddin held over 6 years of working experience in Koperasi Pendidikan Islam (M) Sdn Bhd. Over 4 years experience in compliance management, he is able to professionally support company's compliance efforts with federal and state disclosure reporting requirements & obligations. Fully trained to dynamically execute monitoring of field & home office activities of Sales & Marketing divisions. He's key accomlishments have been appreciation award for Leading & managing a team responsible for conducting periodic internal compliance reviews determining compliance with regulations related to he Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control, USA Patriots Act, KYC, etc, made independent decisions discussing complex regulatory issues including the LOB impact with management, coordinated and participated in on-site investment manager and service providers assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of their compliance programs, supported the preparation of quarterly and annual compliance reports to the Board of Trustees and stayed abreast of evolving investment advisory regulations and on that basis got a promotion.

Mohd Nazlee Jamaluddin holds a Degree in Business Administration from Sunway College, Malaysia.

Abdul Karim Abdullah

Compliance Manager

Abdul Karim Abdullah joined UNIQA (M) Sdn Bhd as compliance manager in August 2017. He has over 25 years of working experience in banking industry particularly in Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Customer Experience. He previously served in various positions with EON Bank, Hong Leong Bank and Affin Bank.

He has been appointed to represent Hong Leong Bank in its Project Leap Team - under supervision of Lobue Associates for deployment of business transformation, process improvement and customer experience of consumer banking products. His role with Uniqa, he oversees the company's compliance program and establish standards policy for compliance monitoring.

Abdul Karim graduated with Diploma in Business Studies from lnstitut Teknologi Mara and BBA Hons from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
